A true Italian restaurant in its own way. Located alongside the busy Mohali Airport Road in a posh market with free and ample parking. Upon entering the Cafe, you feel nostslgia of your childhood with 90's style chairs and colour scheme. It is a feast to the eyes to see the vibrant colour and impeccable cleanliness. As you take a seat, the staff swiftly springs into action by bringing you water. You go through the vast menu and order according to your liking. I ordered Primavera Pizza, Classic Garlic Bread and Capucchino for that Italian feel. I could see the pizza and bread being made fresh in the wood fired oven through the huge kitchen window. After the sensory delight to watch the food being made it was the Moment Of Truth. The coffee was outright marvelous and the first bite of Pizza was enough to know that it wass made fresh with authentic ingredients. From the cheese to the bread it was outright spot on. The winner of the show was Classic Garlic Bread with its bold flavour and tiny pieces of Garlic. All the time a gem of a person Ashish was delightfully helpful in understanding our needs and customising the food.
