Customer Service & Speed The staff were friendly and attentive. I arrived during peak lunchtime, and there was a short wait before I reached the counter. Even then, the sandwich artist greeted me with a smile and patiently walked me through their current specials and daily fresh bread options. Once my order was placed, the sandwich was built quickly—within 5 minutes of starting. They offered regular water refills and cleared my tray promptly after I finished.

Hi, I wanted to bring This to the owner’s Attention that today I visited your subway store at jlpl 82 sector And I had to order, but I saw only one girl was working there and managing all the orders all the customers. It was not right. One person cannot handle or manage the store individually. At least you need to hire two more people so that one would be at the Counter to take the orders and other two Would be preparing the orders. Secondly, my second issue is that once I had eaten some of the day, which was teriyaki chicken as they did not have the pre-prepared teriyaki chicken, then they picked few pieces from roasted chicken and mixed them in the Old leftover teriyaki sauce, which was in the container and that was not right in terms of services and food quality. The staff here is so rude and full of attitude they have no respect for their customers and even small children.My son who was thirsty asked them four times for a glass of water they completely ignored him at last I intervened and asked them for water than only the lady there gave him water.
