Pomodoro Cafe and Lounge — Restaurant in Punjab

First, we didn't get seats allocated to us because couples were occupying the 4-6 person seats on the first floor, and the server didn't even show us to the seats on the bottom floor. After discovering the seats ourselves, we didn't get menus or a waiter to take our order; we had to go to the counter and ask for the menu ourselves after waiting for 20 minutes in the basement hall. Additionally, cocktails weren't available; only Jameson was. The worst part was the food. We ordered the Mexican sizzler platter (veg), which was horrible. It consisted of fried rice with cottage cheese in some tortilla. The cold coffee was extremely sweet with a low flavor of coffee. The hummus falafel was bland, and the consistency was very dense. The Zafferan Paneer Malai Tikka was soo nicely cooked,so soft and delicious. Also, the wood fire thin crust Vegetable Lover pizza was rectangular shaped had colourful veggies and was yummyy in taste. Then comes the Impacoo Tikka Wrap which had a spinach tortilla with juicy paneer inside and salad, a combination of both healthy and tasty dish. I am sitting at this place and what they show and what they serve is completely different. I ordered wood fire pizza which was shown as to be served in box with tandoor charcoal. But they served us cold pizza on some tray. Then we ordered sizzlers, the noodles were like street ones and the manchurian was similar to what is served in marriage catering. We were not served any cutlery nothing. The mango drink had too pungent smell of mint. The ambience was even more pathetic. Flies were roaming around and tasting our food with us.
