Me and my husband went there for his birthday. Everything was nice in the evening. He ordered one beer during happy hour (before 7pm) so we were supposed to get another beer free. After the 2nd beer we asked for the bill and confirmed with the server if we were only charged for 1 beer and not both. We were in a happy mood and satisfied with the service so didn’t double check the bill at the moment. Next morning when we took a closer look at the bill, we realized that we were overcharged for the free beer. We called in the restaurant and asked them to confirm the charges. A guy named Sumit confirmed that they mistakenly overcharged us and offered us to come anytime for the refund or a free glass. Since we were in town for only 2 days, we went to the restaurant next day and asked for the refund. We didn’t want to drink since we had a flight to catch later. However, Sumit didn’t come in front to talk with us rather refused to refund the money through his staff over phone. They said that they can only offer us a glass of beer to drink right then and there. We even asked for a takeaway can, which is cheaper than the money they owed us, but they refused and said that is we want to get compensated for the money they overcharged us, we could only drink the glass of beer right then. This was the most insane and cheap customer service we had ever received. They overcharged us, refused to refund the money and then forced us to only drink the beer right then if we wanted our money back. We would never go back to this...

Brewdog is really good restaurant. The ambience is really good. The staff is really helpful. They also provide you with good service. You can choose from variety of board games that you can play while enjoying your drinks. The best part I loved about the blue dog is they have a lot of screens and for a cricket bat like me who would love to go to a restaurant to watch cricket along with eating, rude or could be a choice. However, I felt that it is relatively expensive and the taste isn’t worth it. Since breqdog is having a very rigid and very precise menu for It’s drinks, alcoholic or non-alcoholic. I felt that drinks as compare to other restaurants are reasonable where as food lacks tatse and is really not worth the price they have mentioned.

The best part of the restaurant is that it has a special arrangement for guests pets. They have a board where they maintain the record is the best pets and I really love the way they have mentioned the team members on the entrance.

They also sell some in-house T-shirts and beer mugs. I also purchased one and it’s really reasonable. Overall the experience was really good. If I keep the food charges aside. I really enjoyed the rest. It’s a good place. I wouldn’t say it’s a family restaurant but yeah sure if you want to go out with your friends and hang out with them while watching any sort of sports, this place is...
