Burger King — Restaurant in Punjab

Yesterday I was at counter for my order. A person was in haste when he showed his phone to burger king employee. Later I found that he was delivery person from swiggy/zomato. Restaurant manager shouted at him and told him to come over for pick up and he rudely told him that dont go there. Delivery guy nodded his head and left. I never ever seen this type of behavior in other countries when they're also picking up orders of customers then why and how they treated them like slaves? I was working in Canada during my struggle days. I worked as Pizza Delivery. Every restaurant treat us equal as customer even when they know we are not Canadian. They pay you respect but so called Indians working in American brands have their own ego against their own countrymen. What a shame. This proves that how Indians behave with other Indian. You working in an American Brand under air conditioner so you think you're superior than others. I witnessed this same situation at McDonald's. This is awful and pathetic.

Indian Managers and staff working at foreign brands i.e Burger King, Pizza Hut, Domino's, McDonald's, Subway etc are very rude towards Indian delivery guys. Delivery guy told me that they use to miss behave with them. A delivery guy cannot stand in que with other customers for pick in up their order. Indian ethics are zero when they work in such places. American brands never teach them but they have learned this on their own.

If I would be at his place, I would definitely throw order on your Manager's...

We ordered 2 spicy Korean paneer burger and one spicy Korean chicken burger . When i got the food they put regular spicy sauce instead of korean sauce . But they charged money for the original order. When i went to the senior person serving food at the front counter he didn't respond professionally and told me to keep it in mind for the next time and told me to stop saying anything further. They gave me stupid reason that they don't have sauce which comes in Korean burger thats why they put other sauce . I simply asked why don't they tell the customer that the sauce is not available can they put other sauce instead but they forcing customers to eat whatever they want. This is how unprofessional they are after charging you full money. Every employee over there blaming each other instead of finding any solution. They told the franchise do not list the item unavailable so they can't do anything in it. I don't know who is responsible here . But the staff needs proper training to serve people . They are getting customers from different part of the country or world but their attitude is like they are dealing locals with Zero...

Very bad experience with this branch which is in mall of amritsar Such a bad quality food Sunday i visited in mall of amritsar with my cousin And tried the newly came chicken burger i dont know the exact name of burger which is very bad

vegetable and chicken is not fresh after eating that we got pain in stomach 😣 so I recommend u all dont try burger from mall
