We went to Hyatt Regency for Dinner last night . As Mughal culinary festival was going on at Punjab Province . we got the chance to savour the Culinary Treasures of Mughal and enjoy the soul-soothing Sufi music by famous singer ... Sukhi ( loved the lyrics & music ) live music made Ambience more vibrant . Spread was looking lavish .. As Mughals we’re famous for royalty , dishes served at dinner buffet was depicting their royalty 👑. We started from the salad section , loved the taste of couscous salad Nd papdi chaat 😍😍 Then we enjoyed some Veg & non-veg starters from the Mughlai menu — Tandoori chicken ( juicy & soft ) , Kandhari paneer tikka ( stuffed vth pomegranate ) must try dish in the menu , Malai champ , Murgh Musallam, lamb seekh galouti. Loved the starters section . Main course was overloaded with Best dishes but my stomach was not allowing . So I took one plate Nd tasted everything little Nd enjoyed my first experience of Mughlai food . But dessert section was not to be missed so had phirni with rose flavour , chocolate cake was yum , shahi Tukda making us feel shahi . ❤️❤️ Guys do check the tempting pics of food from the Mughlai festival .

It is done up beautifully with indoor as well as outdoor sitting. Pergolas in the open space are the perfect dining spots in the pleasant weather. The restaurant serves authentic Punjabi cuisine along with chef’s specialities that are sure to make you drool. The buffet breakfast here was more intricate than the layers in a croissant.
