Burger King — Restaurant in Punjab

Too poor management,the store opens at 8 am and we visited at 9:15 still there was no one at the drive thru,we unwillingly chose to dine in and surprisingly the restaurant wasn’t cleaned and they were sweeping still at this time,too poor atmosphere inside the restraunt and moreover their equipments still need time to be on right temperature even after 1 hour past their openting timimngs..

Food

Makhani burger:-not good cold patty didn’t cooked properly.

Chicken Puff:- not available still but they offered chicken wings instead and we agreed its ok and to be surprised chicken wings turns to chicken drumsticks…seriously u guyz offering something else and delievering other and that too uncooked.

Fries and coke:- only these had authentic taste of burger king

I bought an order from drive thru first of all the attendant took my order and told me to move car ahead and park in the side and he gave order to next car I was still waiting and after 15 mins of waiting one of the staff member came to me and asked what was your order and again after waiting he gave me my order but it wasn’t complete I walked through all the way in drive thru lane to the window to ask them the rest of the items. Moreover, They didn’t even provided a bill to me so for that I parked my car and went to the store and asked manager for the bill so he gave me a print of the bill. I love the fiery chicken burger always order the same Burger but suddenly BK change the recipe of the burger and remove the spicy sauce.but I like spicy food so I decided to add smokey dip sauce with eggless and everytime I get my stuff with this recipe but today when I order the ordertaker said that smoky dip was discontinue.so I cancelled the whole order because of that but I doubt then I come to my car and call the BK store.manager picked my call and he told me that we have the smoky sauce the guy told me lie.
