I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt Regency Ludhiana, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and professionalism of the staff were apparent, ensuring a smooth and swift check-in process.

Stayed there for a night. Room service was good. Rooms were clean, everything was in order. Liked the variety in breakfast buffet. Worth staying there.

Based on my last experience with Hyatt, decided to book their suite for my brother as a wedding gift. My goodness what a pathetic experience it was this time. Room was ready, checkin procedure was bit tedious but understandable given the elections season they require additional documentation. Although same guests stayed in Regenta last night 20-21 april 2024 and the checkin was way smoother than Hyatt. My ISSUE is, I ordered champagne and cake with the room to which they literally called me few hours before checkin that champagne is unavailable. I let it go. They confirmed that however cake their baker will bake and will be ready before checkin. When I came to drop-off my brother and his wife, I confirmed with the front desk if the room was decorated and cake was indeed in the room to which he replied in a very confident Yes Sir! It is all set. Only to find out from my brother the next day that there was no cake in the room BUT they did encounter 2 cockroaches. This was a 20000 rupees per night room and that was the level of service provided.

They refused to provide them breakfast in the room on a special request as his wife got really sick because of travelling and could not make it to the restaurant.

It was a delightful experience to be a part of this great property which was in the most accessible location of the city and yet free from the cacophony. The moment you enter the hotel you feel safe seeing the safety protocols being followed by the hotel. The check-in experience was yet another attraction as they did not make me wait and retrieved my information based on my membership number with Hyatt, reducing the paper formalities to an extent. The rooms were spotless, big enough and totally noise less which I’ve hardly experienced in other hotels that are on the city center. The couch in the room was giant and comfortable and the revolving chair’s comfort eased my business work in the evening. The washrooms were too lavish isolating the bathing section with a bathtub which was so apt to relive your body’s stresses with a warm water fill. The aroma in the hotel ambience was so intoxicating that it will certainly pull you back to this property if you are nearby. Pamper your taste buds with the great quality and taste of food served on their 1st floor restaurant and the interiors of the hotel and the theme undoubtedly steal the show.

Lastly, the hotel staff was way too courteous and I was deeply elated by the level of hospitality that was offered to me during my stay especially at the times when I interacted with the Hotel Managers, Mr. Jagvir and Mr. Harneek.
