This place is a complete scam if you’re planning a private party for your child’s birthday. They literally denied from every single commitment that they had made for our event. They allowed outsiders and after 30-40 mins of argument they agreed (we were told that the mall owner denied to the privacy because it’s a Saturday and we were informed after reaching the venue, had we been aware of it before, we would have shifted our event somewhere else)… the second thing was.. when we booked the place, we planned to buy gifts for the tickets that all kids win, they showed us stuffed bunny toys and agreed to give that and now at the event they are denying to it and offering our guests the smallest possible gifts (pencils and erasers that too one each).. and still allowing random people to enter.. every time a stranger enters, we have to run behind the staff.. it’s a conplete spoiler for organising your...

Absolutely terrible experience... Didn't serve good food which was promised gave us old preheated stale fries and the staff was extremely rude. They were screaming at children when they asked to go in the play area, trampoline or laser section. The staff even talked disrespectfully with parents who hosted and paid for the birthday party. When we were booking, we were committed to false promises which weren't fulfilled. The promised really good food which wasn't served in the party and promised unlimited games for 3 hours which also turned out to be a lie. Not only that,,children weren't allowed to re enter an area which they had been to that is trampoline, play area or laser section which is an outrageous practice. I would never recommend this to anyone. Other alternatives in ludhiana like glued playground and smaaash are much better and provide good treatment...

Masti Zone is an absolute blast for anyone looking to have fun and let loose! I recently visited and had an amazing time on their trampolines and bowling alley. The trampoline area is spacious and well-maintained, providing a safe and exhilarating environment to jump around and try out some tricks. The staff are friendly and ensure that everyone is following safety guidelines, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
