Had Buffet lunch with family on 17/12/2023.. My Review : Ambience : Place have good sitting in terms of number of guests but Tables, Chairs and Linen are not 5 star type, in fact they are average .. Glass windows you can see dirt , No music .. Food : Nothing to give good review here . They are charging a Hefty sum of 1300 approx per person . 2 veg snacks which never come on table have to wait for 45 minutes for them , and when they came oil was all over them inside and outside , cracked ; they were below any Dhabha quality, looked like they were fried again. On complaining to manager he said ok . I mean I was expecting a replacement, Then came Dahi kabab : Dahi kabab were also fried (Fried Kabab 😊) , fish had lots of cornflour on it, chicken was like chewing gum …what worse can be more than this ? Pizza : Half cooked .. pasta was okayish Chat section : Golgappa water was too salty Papdi chat was good . Salads : Good variety and only thing we cherished .. Main course : very less variety … and if you are going there order breads 1/2 hour before otherwise you have to wait with main course in your plate I have never ever written such a bad review in my life and only way to share my experience so that hard earned money of anyone else in not wasted 3 . Service : Would have given 0 star if option was there . You have to call them again and again and again and again till they themselves get frustrated. They are lacking basic Humility which is expected not from a 5 star but even an average restaurant. In complaining to Manager we were assigned another waiter who didn’t came back again . On complaining again the manager responded “itne log to Hein” let me tell you guests are bullied here On demanding breads “ Abhi de kar to Gaye hein “ ( served to one guest out of 5 See : we wanted to celebrate and make our occasion special by going to a special place like HYATT , they infact made it special by poor service, bad food taste and quality .. Have been to many restaurants in Ludhiana : Bistro, Yellow Chilly, POG, BBQ, Spice cube , Wildfire , Wok Singh and many more but I think Cloud 95 by...
Read moreWe decided to stop by at Hyatt for dinner.
We had an extremely disgusting experience. We asked for a spoon to stir our hot beverage with. The waiter took it off someone’s used plate, dipped it in a water jug, wiped it and brought it. This is what they are doing in plain sight. God knows what must be happening behind closed doors.
The Food: The Things that we liked- The Mirchi Paneer Tikka and the Chicken appetizers were beyond awesome. Very Delhi-Pandara Road style. The spinach and beetroot gol guppas were extremely fresh and crunchy. Noodles were good too.
What we did not like: The ‘back to the roots’ kathi rolls were stuffed with cheese and oregano. I don’t understand why as there was pizza being served to its left.
None of the Indian dishes were palatable- neither veg nor non veg. The ‘rara something’ on a giant tawa was watery, no proper green vegetable on the menu- just a gobhi keema that looked and tasted awful… the gatta was a little tasty but too oily to eat- all in all, an extremely disappointing experience.
The wait staff was obsequious and the guy hovering outside the washrooms both obsequious and irritating- saying ‘Bhagwan aapka bhala kare’ - he got a hefty tip both from my husband and I as all we wanted was him, off our backs.
The wait staff really need to be trained and are nowhere up to the...
Read moreNo doubt their service is good. Just 2 days ago I had a buffet dinner with my friends which was very good.
The sunday Brunch part is overall good. Biriyani and chicken & paneer tikka as starters were good but their grilled fish & chicken are not good at all, so was the Thai curry. I dint try sushi, salad, roti bread, curries(chicken curry, butter nan, lacha in dinner were good and tasty)and most desertes. 1 thing I disliked most is that they are using the same fish variety i.e Bass fish in their italian dish, grill and kebab!!! And this bass fish is not fresh at all, and not tasty at all. They should nt use the same fish in all their dishes. Biriyani was very good. The chicken kebab had 1 strand of human hair, when I reported, the chef came and felt sorry and requested me if I needed anything, I requested a small nonveg starter platter which had seek kebab which was good. Bass fish, malai chicken kebab was not upto the mark at all. Desert section should include Gulab Jamun, Ras Malai and Jelebi n kheer. And Buffet should include atleast 1 simple complementary drink in the buffet. Sadly the brunch grossly misses the dosa idli & punjabi delicacies like Amritsari Kulcha, Chole Bhature etc. Overall lunch was OK. My zomato offer saved me...
