unhealthy , foul smell and cheap oil...

we were at Waves Mall.. we reached Food court. and one attendant waved his hand to request to try meal from their outlet that was Bakeddicts... We were sure that serving would be good.

we ordered 2 burgers, 1 garlic bread. But to be true, just one bite and we threw one burger in bin that was unwrapped and tasted. another bite of garlic bread and that too was thrown. another burger we replaced on their table and thanked. didn't ask return of money or did complaint. just request to pls give it to someone needy. verdict... Please don't try... food is not only tasteless but also foul smell and rubbish... oil is 3rd grade.

Only thing is that impressed...... one attendent came finding us on floor and said sir please take some shake or coffee from us. we are sorry. shake...

Very poor customer service , had really bad experience here . They only care about making money and do not care about their customers at all . I literally cancelled few items in my order within 10 seconds of ordering and i was told that the bill is already made so we can’t cancel anything , i requested them to cancel 3 times but they didn’t hear anything i said , made no compensation whatsoever , The team at the front kept saying that we made the bill already . Will never come back or recommend this...
