Burger King — Restaurant in Punjab

I placed an online order for paneer wrap meal from outlet (from displayed which put ) .i had already paid for the order via UPI , one of the crew members informed me bluntly that wraps were not available and insisted I take Paneer burger instead. I was surprised and disappointed it should not have been shown on the screen menu .the staff member’s tone and manner were unprofessional and argumentative .I was not given a proper choice for refund or replacement of my order preference instead I was force to take what she decide that time u was realising that at this outlet customer are not allowed to decide what the want to eat ,the crew members decide for them. Worst...

Am visit 9 time burger King and first time visit pavillion burger am order without cheese burger but burger King manager serve with cheese burger am telling sir am without cheese burger order but u serve with cheese burger why and burger King manager reply rudely behave ok am change ur burger u wait 10 min..am reply ok am wait but my order give me 25 min.. that's my movie time run and my favourite movie seen missing and am blame burger King manager bhut ghatiya insaan tha or aj ke baad kbhi nhi jayuga burger King Salle ghatiya insaan bhar rkhe hai. Or suggestion deta hu agar wo pad rha hai Salle tu manager toh bn gya lekin kbhi agge nhi ja payega...

If there was 0star rating option i would have given that rather than 1star ………..I ordered 3 burgers and only got 2 burgers but the bill is pf 3 burgers and they aren’t picking calls even so that a customer can resolve the problem …..See a brand is made by customers… and you can’t even guve them proper service then idk what are you guys there for !!???? Burger king is an international brand and failed to provide a good service to customers!!!very very very very disappointing and will try not to order again from this outlet becoz this isn’t the first time its the 2nd time you people did...
