Oakyish place to get a cake, pastries, jam rolls, cream rolls patties and other baked foods, in the city.

A Few days ago we went to the bakery to order a mix fruit cake. The guy who was suppose to attend us was busy on the phone for quite some time. We waited for him to get off the phone and told him about our requirements. (Fruit cake with less cream and extra bread) at first he sort of made fun for ordering a half kg cake, later we were told to pick any 1kg cake for the fruits to fit in.

The next day when we went there to pick up the cake, we were told by the owner that should have ordered another type of cake for more fruits as this one doesn't have much. They failed to tell us the day when we chose the cake.

I have a solution for them. The person who takes order for the cakes should have thorough knowledge of their product and shall be able/ready to adhere to customer's requirements as they charge a premium for their product. We paid about 1100...

I recently ordered a cake from this Bakers, thinking that it is located in the reupdated area. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The cake I received was of subpar quality, tasting overwhelmingly of artificial flavors and cheap additives. It was evident that corners were cut in its preparation, resulting in a product that fell far below expectations.

Furthermore, I was dismayed to discover unethical practices taking place at the bakery. On multiple occasions, I observed the cashier overcharging customers, pocketing extra money without their knowledge. This deceitful behavior is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of the bakery.

I urge potential customers to exercise caution when considering this awful place, as my experience suggests a lack of integrity and commitment to quality. I hope that by sharing my experience, others can avoid being deceived and disappointed by this...

Cheating people by selling under weight cakes. This is no bias review or competitor review. It was my real experience. I bought 2 kg cake for our party but cake was not served completely to guests as it was underweight causing huge embarrassment to us. to my shock when i weigh their cake box its weight was of 364 grams(see pic). they weigh cake alongwith box. charging heavily and cheating. better avoid them otherwise check cake weight without box before delivery. hope after this they do not cheat as God is seeing everything and they understand this thing that whatever u will sow, so...
