Extremely Disappointed – Unacceptable Behavior!

We had a very bad experience at this restaurant. We had made an advance booking for 18 guests, clearly informing the staff that we are all strict vegetarians with spiritual dietary restrictions – no onion, no garlic, as we are Krishna devotees. Everything was confirmed in advance, and we expected respect and understanding.

However, after finishing our meal, we asked them to pack the leftover sabzi, but to our shock and disgust, they packed chicken instead! This is absolutely unacceptable and shows complete negligence, insensitivity, and carelessness towards customers’ religious beliefs and food preferences.

This is not just a mistake, this is a serious violation of trust and faith. On top of that, the staff showed no remorse or proper apology. We are deeply hurt and disappointed.

Does not deserve for even single star,owner does not pay salary to his staff, sanitation inside the restaurant is in poor conditions, the clothes that are used to wipe the utensils are being rarely washed in months and even in years, the detergent like smell coming out from glass, plates and bowls can be easily smelt.I have been the worker of this restaurant ,and know complete reality of it behind the scenes. The restaurant is fooling customers in many ways.For example if customers demand lukewarm water ; then unfiltered , impure water taken directly from gyser pipe supply inside dish washing place( ohddi in punjabi) is provided to them .
