"This is a horrible outlet. Never order from here – I’m speaking from my experience over the past two years. Sometimes they deliver the wrong order, and they never deliver within the promised 30 minutes. The owner never picks up calls when we try to reach them about an order. They consistently deliver cold food and just don’t care about customers. Why do they still advertise 30-minute delivery? You should remove that. I live barely 2 km away from the outlet, and they do this to me, so I can only imagine what they’re doing to others. ONE ADVICE – NEVER ORDER FROM THIS OUTLET. I’m attaching a screenshot of the 30-minute delivery issue. I even tried contacting Domino’s about this, but they haven’t responded....

Our recent experience with Domino's was incredibly disappointing. Despite placing a clear order for garlic bread ahead of the pizza to enjoy it freshly hot, both items were delivered simultaneously. This lack of attention to detail showcased a disregard for customer preferences.

The service, to put it bluntly, was pathetic. Adding to the frustration, an unanticipated charge for sauce appeared on the bill without any prior consent.

When I arrived to collect my order, the Domino's app showed that my pizza was ready. However, the staff at the outlet claimed they had no information about my order and insisted that the app was incorrect. I ended up waiting for over an hour, and during this time, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional in their behavior.

Their dismissive and irresponsible attitude was highly frustrating and unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I expect better service, transparency, and accountability from a reputed brand...
