I am extremely disappointed with the experience at this Domino’s outlet. Today, I placed an order, and after waiting for 30 minutes, I received a message saying there was a “technical issue” and they could not deliver my order. This is highly unprofessional and shows a lack of proper management.

Unfortunately, this is not the first issue I’ve faced with this outlet. Previously, I ordered a Cheese Burst Margherita pizza, and the cheese was expired, making it completely inedible. I had to throw it away, which was both frustrating and unacceptable from a brand like Domino’s that claims to prioritize quality.

The problems are not limited to delivery. During a dine-in visit earlier, I observed similar mismanagement. Orders for several customers were delayed, wrong items were being served, and the staff seemed completely uncoordinated. In fact, the staff members were seen arguing among themselves in front of customers, which created an unpleasant experience.

There is a clear pattern of poor service, miscommunication, and lack of quality control at this outlet. For a well-known brand, this level of inconsistency is shocking. I strongly urge the management to take immediate action to improve food quality, train staff properly, and ensure smoother operations. Until then, I would hesitate to recommend this...

"I recently ordered from Domino's Pizza India in Punjab, and I must say, their pizzas are absolutely delightful! Both their veg and non-veg options are packed with flavorful fillings that will leave you craving for more.

The crust is crispy, the sauce is tangy, and the cheese is melted to perfection. The vegetarian options like the Veg Extravaganza and Veg Delight are a treat, loaded with juicy vegetables. The non-vegetarian options like the Chicken Tikka and Meat Lover's are equally impressive, with generous portions of chicken and meat.

The service is also quick and efficient, with friendly staff and timely delivery.

Pathetic services. I placed my order on 21st APR at 9:28 PM. It's was delayed and was not delivered until 10. That's where I tried to reach store manager and delivery boy but no one picked. When the delivery boy reached at 10:30 and I asked, He behaved rudely and called store manager. To my surprise, he was double rude inspite of his mistake. I did not accept the order and sent it back. He assured that he will issue return and refund. But status of the order still shows delivered. Really, i have never seen such a behaviour and cheating anywhere. Certainly a no go people to deal with Domino's should take strict actions against such folks
