Hippopotamus -The Kids Restaurant — Restaurant in Punjab

I had a horrible experience, mostly due to the receptionist, who was extremely rude. She has no understanding of the words “hospitality” and “kindness”! If the owner of this place wants it to succeed, I have two suggestions. First, fire the receptionist and hire someone more suitable for the job. Second, everything inside needs a thorough deep cleaning and dry cleaning.

The concept of the place is good, and the staff hired to take care of the children are quite nice and helpful. However, please do everyone a favor and replace the horrendous girl at the reception. As long as she is there, I will not be visiting this...

Always had a great experience visiting this place. Kids are served delicious food along with playing. My twinnies are coming here since they were six months old and now they have turned two and they love this place like a second home. The manager build a great relationship with my little ones with her warmth and love. She fed them by her own and make sure that they got full because they were too little to feed by themselves. I am grateful and thankful for her loving and respectful nature. My only trust is Bhawna to visit this place...

Place is located at very convenient location but when it comes to celebration of kids birthday then as per kids feedback , enjoyment part was not filled with excitement.

It seems they need to work more on creativity of games.

Front end staff was good but staff inside the hall needs more training to handle kids. Kids won gift during games but got disappointed when they were told that they can’t carry won gifts with them .

Handle kids emotions with care if your policy doesn’t allow few things.
