One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at KFC, and certainly not what I expected from such a well-known brand. I will never visit this location again and strongly advise others to avoid it as well.
We specifically ordered non-spicy boneless chicken for the kids, but were instead given a very spicy version. When we requested a replacement, the staff member at the counter argued with us and insisted that we would need to pay again for a new order.
This was incredibly frustrating and made no sense, considering the original mistake was theirs. In the end, we left without eating anything—yet we still paid the full amount.

I recently visited KFC and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The chicken I received was not only undercooked but also lacked flavor, which was surprising for a restaurant well-known for its fried chicken.
When I brought my concerns to the attention of the staff, they offered to replace my order. However, when I received the new meal, it was just as unappetizing as the first one. I was left feeling dissatisfied and frustrated.
Overall, I would not recommend this location based on my experience. I hope that they can address these issues in the future to provide better quality food...

Staff should at least inform the customers if the order is going to take long.
