KFC — Restaurant in Punjab

I love KFC 😍😍...And today i have got the worst experience in this particular KFC ....the lady named Jassbir Kaur took my order and i have given an order for dine in service. In that i particularly said i need a Pepsi medium and after 10 minutes she gave me my order and there is no Pepsi in that and when i ask her she told me that I haven't told any Pepsi. She told me even i didnt say any in a very humiliating way as they she is giving me for free . I felt really bad and waiting for a friend to catch up. When my friend came we again ordered and this time please add my number but this lady again closed the bill without adding my number as i need the bill. When i asked her she told me she will add and fooled me by just typing number and she thought she blufffed me and even without any hesitation said i will get a message as i already know little bit how this bill works in adding customer number. She don't want to make it a record on her and i really want to give feedback about this to KFC. While leaving i again bought a pet Pepsi bottle and asked another guy to add my number this time particularly and he added and i got it. Today at 12PM i went i made 3 bills so only to make this feedback to KFC. I never thought you guys are hiring such persons and the way thay speak to customer like this. If you like i can give my card slips as reference as i didnt get any other bill other than Pepsi as it is the trust on KFC guys and it is my worst experience till date with KFC. Went to Have KFC as I love KFC back in UK and thought let go have KFC as it’s probably the best place to eat, trust me that place make me sick, place is so dirty and the food I was served is totally Disgusting Blood in my chicken, upon complaint was told by Manger the guy who is cooking back in kitchen is new, and don’t know the process , I was shocked and told them why he’s in kitchen if he’s new and don’t know how to cook, what more surprise is that I had give no options for refund or anything else , I left that food which i paid Rs700 and walked away. Please if you go to that place make sure you double check your food before you eat. @KFC please take action against that store and trust me you should go and visit that place without even store knowing and bet you be surprised how bad they are operating that Store. Lady Manager is very rude. I think her name is Manpreet. I don't know what's with KFC hiring all female staff, I have 0 problem with it but they should act, service and talk professionally with the customer.

I asked 2 things from her to season HOT & CRISPY chicken which I have asked many times from different kfc outlets in Ludhiana and never faced any problem, but this rude lady straight up refused and said they don't do that here. Even though I have been coming to this kfc from the last 15 years. And she has been a manager for what? Only 3-4 months???
