The Wild Fire — Restaurant in Punjab

Today I went with my friend to Wild Fire. My friends had recommended this restaurant since they had liked the dishes offered in vegetarian buffet. Ambience is average Service is complete zero in standards. Food below average Ambience interiors are just OK but the music is not upto the mark. The owner should look into this. We ordered non veg buffet. We tasted prawns ,tandoori chicken kebabs,chicken pizza, fried fish and in vegetarian buffet we tasted corns ,salsa potatoes, pineapple. Every snacks we ate was super spicy. Then we asked the waiter to make the snacks less spicy. Then still we got spicy food. Then I requested the manager to make the snacks minimum spiced. Then the snacks we ate were completely bland with no taste. Then me and my friend tried the main course Lemon chicken Angara chicken Non veg biryani Dum aloo Paneer lababdaar Daal makhani No dishes had the taste of a good quality restaurant. By giving buffet system doesn't signify that your restaurant is of high standard. The snacks are either too spicy or too bland The cook needs to get cooking classes. Every customer has different tastes What is the use of manager if he gave instructions to the cook but still the snacks were below average.

The worst thing me and my friend witness today when we were not given water to drink. Just one time they gave us water. Despite repeated reminder to the waiters water wasn't given to drink. I understand complimentary drink they gave us.but the waiters are just not suitable for high-class restaurant Customer satisfaction is extremely important for a restaurant. OWNER of Wild Fire should sack the waiters. Water not being given to a customer is shameful service.7 times we asked to provide water. I was highly disappointed with the food and I didn't try any deserts. Complete waste of money Complete...

I don't really like to give bad reviews but I cannot think of much positive to say about this place.

Don't expect a Barbeque Nation level hospitality here. Or anything remotely resembling their service, food or atmosphere.

ATMOSPHERE:

As soon as we went inside, it was smokey and hazy. Not a big factor to consider but the music was unnecessarily loud AF.

FOOD AND SERVICE:

We got Non Veg Buffet option and the BBQ segment was... slow and meh to be honest. First they'd like up the grill with stuff and then they work on an order system - you have to tell them what you want, they won't come to you to try different foods. We had to repeatedly ask them to give us Veg options to try- even those came after almost 45 mins. The service was very slow, spotty and confused, it got better later but by then our mood was already meh.

Personally, the Veg Buffet tasted wayyy better.

Main course was alright, not very good or extraordinary to say anything about it. But according to my mum the salad section was great.

Desserts had a lot of variety but nothing really extraordinary. Beetroot kheer was good (in bowl in pic) and so was the coconut pie (the large strip in pic).

Overall, didn't really had a good experience and won't recommend or...

It was OK according to the rate and the local customer, but my expectations were bit high, few suggestions Add 1 or 2 sugar free dessert in your menu Add some healty option in daily menu too 3.mayo does not go well with every snacks Add some other sauce or dip when you are serving so many snacks then there should be 5 to6 dip and the body of sauce should be different , not just mayo The name of the dishes written on the menu they was origanly not the same dish, it was OK for the local crowd, but as a CHef o know the real preparation which was not this for sure for example Briyani, noodles, soups, so many other things to 6.the moment you sit on the table they just start dumping snacks on your table, Seems like staff is in hurry to close the outlet The buffet snacks menu should be on table by default, because when I almost finished with snacks6i just saw few of my favourite things in the list, but that time I was full so I can't even taste them Half of the beer stock was not available include moktails

As a chef I was not so impressed with the food quality
