The Beer Café — Restaurant in Punjab

I wish there were an option to give negative ratings. Our visit to this establishment on October 1, 2023, left us deeply disappointed due to the extremely poor service we encountered.

It appears that the restaurant lacks basic serving cutlery, as we had to request table napkins at least 10-15 times before they were finally provided.

Furthermore, after numerous requests, we were eventually served water. However, they only had five glasses available to serve nine guests, and these glasses were of three different varieties.

Our order for butter roti resulted in plain roti initially. After complaining, it took an additional 10 minutes to receive the correct order, which was disappointingly not served hot.

Our request for pasta was met with disappointment as they did not have it available.

For our virgin mary, they initially claimed not to have it, but after inquiring further, it suddenly became available.

We also ordered a Salted Fresh Lime Soda, which I mentioned three times, even confirming with the server, who assured me it would be salty. However, it turned out to be sweet. Despite our complaint, no one came to address the issue, offer an apology, or replace the drink. After waiting for 15 minutes, we were told that they were just starting to prepare it.

The most frustrating part of the experience was that we were still charged for the incorrectly made Fresh Lime Soda, with the staff claiming that they had delivered what we ordered.

I used to be a Beer Cafe Fan Since 2013..and I travelled a lot over India enjoying my beer n meals and points but now It seems company doesn't care for few old patrons like me..although I called and got some support but..Anyhow The beer cafe TBC63 Paragon waterfront. Ludhiana Punjab.. new manager MR.Amit is highly unprofessional ..Rude..
