This was my first visit to this outlet,Read lot of negative reviews about their management but thought of ignoring it and give this outlet a try We were attended by a manager at the entrance,we had an infant with us so requested an high chair for the baby but they didn't have it,Most of the restaurants do have it but not really a big deal for me. We took a table and called the server,Ordered fries for the baby and asked the server not to make it spicy,The reply we got was sir we can not make any changes,it is what it is,So we can not modify any order according to our taste buds. After 5 minutes of argument he agreed to bring the seasoning separate and not to mix with fries Tried kiwi beer more of flavoured water i would say.Been to countless breweries but haven't tried this sort of beer.litreally tasted more of kiwi juice Tried their asian veg platter,Was decent nothing exceptional,Mild spicy bit oily Even on friday night lot of tables were vacant,Reason is your management, Went to this place on my brother's birthday so requested manager if it was possible to arrange a cake slice with candle or do something special on his birthday. He said we cant You have to book in advance,we were not looking for complimentary cake or anything,We were willing to pay for it but your management needs lot of improvement Kindly listen to your customers properly and improve your management if you want to compete with other big breweries.First and last visit to this place Food and ambience are plus points for you,Focus more on keeping your customers happy, Hope you guys improve in future because this is not acceptable from a brand like Brew Estate,Cheers Taste 3/5 Quality 3/5 Hygeine...
ย ย ย Read moreAll reviews are inherently subjective, influenced by personal experiences and references. Being based in Paris, we are accustomed to European standards for restaurants and bars, which may differ significantly from those in this area.
With that perspective in mind, we were drawn to The Brew Estate by the glowing reviews and had high expectations. However, our experience fell short in several key areas.
The service was good, and thatโs perhaps the highlight of our visit. However, the ambience left much to be desired. The disco lights were overwhelming and gave both of us a headache, while the music seemed to be playing on auto-pilot. The atmosphere overall has considerable room for improvement.
Additionally, there is no open-air section, which is inconvenient for smokers who are relegated to standing near the elevator. The indoor environment is not ideal for those seeking a more relaxed experience.
As for the beer, which should be the establishmentโs core offering, it was disappointingly poor. In all my travels to over 40 countries, Iโve rarely encountered craft beer as unappealing. The Belgian beer, in particular, tasted like a misguided mix between Kingfisher and Hoegaardenโmore like a juice gone wrong than a proper brew.
The food was average at best. Considering the proximity to Chandigarh, there are far better dining options available in the area.
Initially, I was inclined to give this place a one-star rating, but Iโve adjusted it slightly, taking into account our higher expectations. That said, we certainly wonโt...

I recently tried the Phad Thai Chicken Curry, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The dish deviated from the traditional recipe in a few key ways that affected the overall flavor and texture.
Firstly, the absence of eggs was noticeable, as they typically add a rich and creamy element to the curry. Secondly, the substitution of Jasmine rice with Basmati rice altered the dish's signature aroma and flavor profile. Lastly, the green color, which usually comes from fresh basil or cilantro, was instead achieved with spinach, giving the curry a slightly bitter taste.
While I appreciate the creativity and attempt to innovate, I felt that these changes compromised the authenticity and quality of the Phad Thai Chicken Curry. If you're a fan of traditional Thai cuisine, you might be disappointed by these deviations. However, if you're open to experimental flavors, you might enjoy this unique twist.
