The Liquid Room- Best Pub, Club/Bar In Amritsar — Restaurant in Punjab

Not recommended at all !! staff dont know how to behave with the guest . Super old mentality of the staff We went there for birthday celebration we were 8 people we booked through zomato and paid the booking fees .on entrance first they start asking for some entrance fees from my guest even after showing the booking id they ask my friends to wait then I reached the place , after having the chat with their owner or manager they let us in after reaching inside they sideline us and given us the table which was not comfortable for us , like they were forced to let us in .they were behaving racist with us, like they dont need customers and their employees were forced to work there. We asked them to change the table there were vacant tables and on asking them they denied it very rudely and told us that ‘if you want you can sit or else you can leave’ these were the exact words told by the person who was sitting as their manager or something and same by his senior or maybe owner on call discussion. After getting this treatment we left the place with ruined moods and wasted celebrations . So please dont go there for any kind of celebrations else your special day will get wasted. I had visited many restaurants and clubs but never had experience like this . In The End as per their thought process If you are male with friend circle you should not come to their tavern or else you will get mistreated.This Bias mentality against Any gender is totally Unacceptable , If You guys think like this then make your tavern To Gender based entry And dont take Bookings From Group of males

In their response they said Boys group are not allowed on Saturday then why are you guys taking bookings from them , stop take booking from boys group and we only requested coz we were there for enjoying our ocassion And you guys are not ashamed of your behaviour and literally responding like we dont allow boys group. Then make your bar for females only . If someone is coming he is your valuable customer he is gonna pay for everything you guys are not giving anything for free . Literally Do you guys think you can run your place with this cheap mentality. I think you should change this coz you are in 2024 or else you guys will face its consequences it will no longer work. Last but not least most of the groups are boys who goes to these places like yours and your bars are running only because of groups like us . So dont give fake excuses to cover up your mistreatment and...

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!!!

Very loud music, below average food, non-cooperative staff and unfriendly atmosphere for family set-ups. When we reached, the music was being played at a decent level. We ordered pepperoni pizza and laksa soup from the menu.. both were not available. We managed with alternatives that were available and the liquid room pizza is the most average pizza that can be. All of a sudden.. they increased the music to such decibel level that nothing could be heard despite shouting our lungs out. My daughter who is small stopped eating seeing us scream to waiters to decrease the music level... It was real difficult and challenging to have a normal meal there.

We had an absolute terrible experience and will never go back again. We would recommend people not to go there with their families coz it is seriously not worth it and will spoil your mood for the rest of the day as...

I was really looking forward to visiting Liquid Room, but honestly, the presentation was a big letdown. We ordered around 8 mocktails, expecting something well-presented, but they were just served in regular water glasses with basic straws. I know that the mocktails were not really expensive, but you should have basic ethics that they should be served well. It looked really poor, nothing like what you’d expect from a place like this. The food was okay, but the overall experience wasn’t great because of how underwhelming the drinks looked. Definitely expected better...
