Extremely Unprofessional – These People Can Easily Ruin Your Special Day.

This is exactly what happened to me.

I had placed an order for a cake two days in advance for my fiancé’s birthday because I wanted to surprise him a day before. On the day I was supposed to collect the cake, I even reminded them that I would come by 6 PM and requested them to have the cake ready.

When I arrived there, I was very disappointed to see that my order was not prepared at all. Despite placing the order in advance and reminding them on the same day, the cake was not made. I felt really bad because this cake was for someone very special to me. Then the manager said, “If you can come tomorrow , since the birthday is tomorrow, you can collect it then.” I thought maybe they would do it properly the next time, so I agreed.

However, when I went to collect the cake the next evening, they first told me that my cake was ready, and I even made the payment. I was waiting, but after a while, the staff informed me that they could not find my cake. Then the manager himself went to check and came back saying, “Sorry, we missed your order again today.”

Really? Is this how you handle someone’s special day?

What if someone had guests over or had planned a surprise?

How can you miss an order two days in a row despite reminders and confirmations?

This was a very disappointing experience and clearly shows a complete lack of professionalism when it comes to handling cake orders. I would never recommend them to anyone, especially when time and trust...
