Caffeinate and Chill ® — Restaurant in Rajasthan

We stopped by Caffeinate and Chill randomly out of sheer hunger and it was our first time trying it. The place was 95% empty and barely occupied by a group. The ambience is excellent and it seemed like a great place to chill. We ordered Peri Peri Fries, Cheese Chilli Garlic Toast, Overloaded Cheese Nachos, Veg. Cheese Grilled Sandwich, and Lime Soda. Everything tasted lovely and it was worth it as it is quite pocket-friendly. Their menu is extensive as well which will help you satiate your hunger pangs. However, we were still disappointed with them due to their lousy service. We had to wait for nearly 40 minutes or more for our first food item and the rest of the things got delayed for another 20 minutes in total even though no table was occupied other than one or two. Our overall experience might have been better if their service was on point. To remind the owner constantly about hurrying up put us off on some other level. If this delay was because of one of their "ultra-busy" days of online orders, then they need to buckle up in case the place gets crowded for real. The owner was sweet though. He tried to manage everything well but it seemed like the setback was immovable. Their food items and rates are decent but they need to work finely with their customer service. Caffeinate & Chill is almost a haven for those seeking a perfect blend of relaxation and flavor. The Watermelon Mojito was a refreshing surprise, bursting with a delightful watermelony taste that instantly invigorated my senses. Equally impressive was the Thin Mocha Coffee Frappe, a harmonious fusion of rich coffee and velvety chocolate, leaving me craving more. Central is located coffee shop at a very convenient location. Open till 11:30 p.m. it is one of the few coffee shops which operate till late evening. Ambience is functional nothing very lavish, and they are bit rigid on the menu they do not give you options beyond the menu. Service was okay and timely.
