Stella Club & Rooftop — Restaurant in Rajasthan

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

I have been to several clubs and rooftops in several cities but never been in one as STELLA.

First of all, THE FOOD SUCKS. We ordered 6 items and only one of them was good - the Cosmopolitan. Afghani Soya Chaap was bland, Cold Coffee tasted like a cough syrup, Cheese Corn Roll was merely bearable (the only dish that was okay), and the Arrabiata Pasta was partially uncooked and tasteless.

SECOND AND THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAD WAS THE UNPROFESSIONAL AS WELL AS MOST RUDE BEHAVIOUR OF THE STAFF. Thrice the waiter came up to me and asked me whether he could clear the table while I was still eating off my plate. Which is very unprofessional. And then at the very moment we paid the bill, the owner came up to us and asked us to leave as there were people waiting. His exact words were, 'Ma'am aren't you leaving as we have a queue outside, if you could just empty the table then....'. We found it very rude on the owner's part as you don't just walk to your guests and ask them so directly to leave. No matter how many people are waiting, you don't just ask you guests to walk out. If there is a lack of seating arrangement, it's the problem of the club and not the guests. And, it's not like we were sitting idle without ordering anything, we had just paid the bill and were enjoying the live music. DISRESPECTFUL HOSPITALITY.

The only thing good about that place is it's ambiance and live music.

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY. COMPLETE...

The rooftop ambiance was absolutely stunning. The combination of the open-air setting, stylish decor, and breathtaking views- everything was just perfect ✨ The food was outstanding. The menu offered a wide variety of delicious dishes that were beautifully presented and full of flavor. (A rare sight in Kota, Stella was totally beyond our expectations) The live music was fantastic. The staff was attentive, and friendly, they made sure our needs were met promptly and provided helpful recommendations throughout the evening. Their professionalism and warm hospitality added to the overall positive experience. First ever experience of a legit ROOFTOP CLUB in Kota, Highly impressed 💯 Kudos to team...

One of my friend visited from US so I take him to this place to relax but staff is very unprofessional, they even not allow you to enter if you are looking decent corporate, they first check you with their eyes from top to bottom and then decide to allow or not.they allow some chappri type boys but they do not have sense to identify corporate guys.

Very disappointed and unprofessional guards,

If you have some policy for your guests than make it public, not just take it on your stupid guards local eye scan.

Very disappointing.

Will never arrange my corporate parties or meetings on this place due to its bad staff...
