Elia Kitchen & Bar — Restaurant in Rajouri Garden

We had booked this place for our daughter’s birthday party. Our person of contact was Ms MEDHA there. We had the worst possible experience there. The staff along with Ms. Medha was so so rude and uncooperative that it was a BIG embarrassment for us in front of our guests. They had given the time slot of 6-9pm for our party and apparently they had given 8:00pm time slot to some other guests for another birthday which they had NOT INFORMED-to us..So during our ongoing party they kept coming up to us and kept arguing in front of all our guests to shift them to another corner and also remove our decoration and put the other party’s decoration. This spoiled our day as we were under constant stress and pressure given by these people. Also, there were certain dishes like pizza which was not served until towards the end of the party upon asking they clearly lied about the pizza being served earlier and argued further. The photographer was a disaster as we had to continuously remind him to cover the event. Very inexperienced. Over all, after paying a heavy price for the party, we returned home anxious, unhappy and dissatisfied. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone, specifically to my close friends and family as it was a complete waste of money and time. I hope they find a more experienced and humble staff for...

Best customer service I have ever experienced in Rajouri Garden. Manager made us feel very welcome and was a great host. All other Staff were very great as well. What an amazing place in the heart of West Delhi. I had a small get together and I'm totally impressed with the quality of the food and even with Hospitality. The ambience, well-lit rooftop will mesmerize you and you would enjoy every bit of it. We tried multiple cocktails and different food options and all of them were amazing. 3rd floor has live music on weekends starting 9.30 pm. 4th floor is terrace where you see young crowd grooving and taking endless pictures. They also have some great European dish options, I particular loved Bunny chow which u have tried at multiple place, but this one was one of its kind.

I also visited the terrace the interior of terrace is very beautiful if you are planning to go on. A date or with your loved ones then I would suggest you go there. See you again Elia, ♥

Would like to mention an issue as I am going to elia since the week after it was opened. Today it was my frequent Thursday I went to the place with my wife and ordered few drinks along with one masala papad ordering masala of the papad seprately and surprisingly my wife was having the masala and found ONE BIG nail (METAL SCREW) IN THE MASALA BOWL. I told the manager there MR ANKUSH, along with Mr Kamlesh the guy who was serving us.they apologised for the matter but soon in the end when I ordered the desert (TIRAMASU) I FOUND BIG CHUNK OF FOIL PAPER IN IT WHICH WAS INSIDE THE TIRAMASU CAKE. I finally complaint it to the higher authorities that were present there. But I don't think so it mattered to them Just letting Google reviewers to know the issue I faced there And the higher authorities of ELIA KITCHEN AND BAR to know about this issue. Other than that it's a beautiful place to visit great ambience great music great staff but this issue wasn't acceptable for me so sharing it...
