The people were good. Store was neat and clean. But there was one problem. We ordered the signature hot chocolate fudge assuming it will be just the way it is in all other nirulas store. But here it was not hot. Just a couple of ice cream scoops and chocolate syrup and nuts. Last time I tried it was supposed to be hot chocolate. What I got was not worth ₹245.

A great layout of all flavours. The owner is very nice and engages with you. This store currently offers only ice creams, sodas, shakes, ice cream cakes and not the food items that Nirula’s has to offer. Has limited seating but very clean and good to hangout in summers for a quick bite into one or many of your favourite flavours. Do contact the owner for special discounts if available. ordered from swiggy from this outlet. icecream soda sent only scoop of icecream without soda. refused to listen to complaint. glad that swiggy refunded. the franchise owner said you must have ordered from else where when there is no other nirulas in sector 7...
