Subway PVR Funcity Mall — Restaurant in Rohini

SWIGGY 5 STAR ...................... RESTAURANT -5 STAR.

This restaurant is hilariously amazing ! Okay so here what happened you be the judge............

I ordered chicken roasted salad from Swiggy (thank god i didn't order directly). Upon receiving the salad the chicken was cold so I requested replacement for the same as i cannot consume cold chicken.

After a few minutes I received a call from the delivery guy. He told me that restaurant is not dispatching the replacement order as delivery guy doesn't have money.

I explained the restaurant person the situation but he was talking very rude told me that you have to pay for this order or else we will not dispatch.

I told him that fine I will deal with swiggy since i ordered from swiggy. After 30 mins or so swiggy processed a refund telling me that restaurant is not co-operating.

So long story short THIS RESTAURANT IS BLACKLISTED IN MY BOOK (CHOICE IS YOURS).

Although subway is a good outlet with a reputation but I’ve gone to this outlet twice and my experience wasn’t good either times. When I first went here they didn’t claim my coke from the previous bill and since I had filled the details my bill got wasted. This time they told me that they will charge extra for any extra vegetables I will ask them to put , so according to them they will decide how much vegetables you will eat in your sub and other than that any will be chargeable and his tone was also very rude. Subway is something which I always look forward to. Whenever i want to have something healthy and nutritious I prefer subway. The best part of their meal is that everything is customizable be it te bread or be you wanted to have it toasted with cheese.
