Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Rohini

I wish there could have been option of zero star.. today took 2 variety of momos as takeaway and found that stuffing inside 2 momos were having fungus and my 9 year daughter at that time was also having the momos.. had to throw the entire order… I knw nothing would be done as I saw there are hundreds of other negative reviews but no concrete reply to given to those concerns… it’s a big lesson for all of us to stay away from such fast food as the items are not fresh.. made days ago.. in the outlet they are only “reheated”…small carts and vendors are still better for fast food as at least things are fresh and not made days or weeks ago….wish the owners and all those responsible in the process suffer the same disgust and agony while having food as we did… never gonna order from them and will prevent others as well as far...

I visited Wow Momo yesterday and handed my phone to a staff member so they could scan a code or enter it for order processing. However, without my knowledge or consent, the staff used my phone to post a 5-star Google review for their own outlet. I only realised this the next day when I noticed the unauthorized activity on my Google account.

This is not only dishonest but also a serious breach of customer trust and privacy. Reviews should be written voluntarily by customers, not fabricated by staff using someone else’s account. Now I am reviewing it by 1 star only.

I would like to know what steps Wow Momo intends to take in response to this incident. Please let me know what action I should take against your outlet for this unethical behavior, and how you plan to ensure this doesn't happen to...

Wow momo is famous for their variety of momos and good taste. So I ordered steam Paneer momos and Pan fried veg momos. Pan fried veg momos was quite amazing but steam Paneer momos was not fully cooked (raw). And they don't served soft drinks now. Only Redbull was available at that time rest of the drinks are discontinued now. And while reaching their I followed Google maps but I end up reaching a wrong place, so don't go by maps. It is in PVR...
