Posted this post 2 year ago...and here McD's facility is so shameless that they didn't even take note of my grievances.(in 2 years) And here again. I again visited McD's( by mistake)....

And today they are serving this pathetic taste Mc Veggie burger without garlic Without Onion(uninformed) and without any TASTE...and claim that it doesn't have any of the mentioned things... Although, very clearly Google shows their ingredients as above mentioned ingredients (Onion and Garlic)..

Plz discontinue this outlet... Mc Donald..

2 years ago my grievances were below mentioned.. Worst McDONALDS in Unity Mall Karkardooma Delhi. . Worst Service, especially on weekends.And they won't tell U any scheme available on McD app. Always in Hurry(may be due to less staff). Worst French fries, Worst Mc ALOO TIKKI burger. Everything just worst. They don't deserve even a single star. This Outlet should be CLOSED, or the FRANCHISE should...

Pathetic services offered by this McDonald's. Please don't go here. I told manager to please give me 4 chilli ketchup, and he asked for 8rs. I only had 4rs change and i told him if it's 2rs per sachet, give me 2 sachets. He started arguing with me. I left my 4 rs and chilli ketchups with him only. Thanks McDonald's, we don't need your ketchup and pls keep the change. After a long wait when I entered in my car and took a sip from coke, i felt a buzz sound, upon opening the lid of coke i saw fly splattering inside. I don't know if the picture is able to do justice or not, but there was a fly inside it. I threw the whole cup on next red light. Very unprofessional and untrained managers and services rendered weren't...

This is like re living your school college days. We sat here for hours with our extra value happy meals. And those app offers were like a cherry on cake. Not that we needed the extras but why not save a few bucks and also enjoy free ice cream and burger along with some great discounts. We had a great time enjoying our meal and chit chats. The aloo tikki burger is like a whole new better without tomato. Thanks to the hike in price they don't have tomato in burger now 🤣. The cheesy fries are love any day with their Chipotle cheese sauce. And cold coffee is extra creamy and strong. My fav always is a choco...
