Solpon — Restaurant in Sikkim

If you get fed up of the commercially hyped up restaurants on mg road ( except a few) just 50 mtrs away Solpon is an absolute gem……. Very classy restaurant with delicious food and drink…..

Service a bit slow but everything made to order and it gives you time to really soak in the atmosphere….. small menu but super delicious and everything is available and it covers all the bases…..

Though Solpon is my favourite restaurant, today it disappointed. Not in terms of food, but open partiality. A certain something - that I won't name - was served to the other two tables and when we ordered it, they denied it to us on the pretext of the day being a dry day. What a pathetic stand for a place that serves such amazing food. I hope that they will learn that everyone who goes in - regardless of anything - should be served with the same heart. Or not at all.
