Tea Villa Cafe — Restaurant in Siliguri

We have worst experience here. Will not talk about food, the coffee was very good. But coming to the point, their hospitality was the worst. First we hopped into a two seater but that's very uncomfortable to sit and have your food. We have ordered a sandwich and was waiting for that. Suddenly a table got empty by asking the waiter we have shifted there and told him about the inconvenience. Then suddenly they asked us to shift back to the previous place and we told again about inconvenience, they least care about their customer. They have not took money for the sandwich but wait, they don't even accepted their bad behaviour. This is such absurd.

Never gonna try and will not recommend to any friends. Sorry, don't wany to be harsh. Just to inform you...

I visit today in this place... My personal experience is ---👇 Negative side,👇 1.you don't spent long time in this place because of staff. They emphasis you to left ur seat ... It's very worst feeling for me... 2 n 4 wheeler parking is not available 3.Internal space is very short 4.Staff behaviour not good. 5.Quality of food moderate

Visited this place recently and my experience was average at best. Interiors are beautiful. Ordered the following items Tea 5/5. Liked it. Cheese grill sandwich. 3/5 Chicken grill sandwich. 3/5. Sandwiches didn't taste unique. Just a bland taste. Hygiene wise is very bad. Open drains are present just infront of the cafe. Saw a rat running inside the cafe. I will tell people to avoid this place until they take care of this hygiene issue. Seating area is very less. You will need to stand outside if the place is even little bit crowded. Cost wise food is average. Rest...
