A.R Rahman Biriyani — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

We went dining. Food is good and price is okay. Restaurant is squeezy... Less space.. can't get the privacy dinner... Menu price and bill prices are different. And they gave me other menu for home delivery and the manager told me it is updated one... Next week when I called them with the number they have provided, the guy first said, all our deliverers are went out and he asked me to call after 10 mins. And I asked him it's okay. Just take the order and prices after 10 mins. Then he said sorry sir, this is cash counter, you need to call other number. :0 ..

And I called the other number l, gave the address first, in the booklet they did free delivery for 300+ Rs.. I gave her the address near Kasi theatre, she said we will deliver only local I think confused what's local in their language, inside their hotel. It's just 2 KM's from their restaurant. After I told her it's local, she try to takes the other. I have the order and asked for deserts, she said not available and asked for milkshakes, not available. Then I finished order asked her the amount. She said I should order for min 500 rs. 😵I got confused and told her, in your booklet is mentioned 300 rs... She said no sir that's the amount. And then I cancelled the order. It seems they don't wants to deliver as the hotel should have been full. Time of my call us around 2 30 pm..

Sorry to Comment negative!. I was a frequent foodie at AR Rahman restaurant (old building opp to Church). After a long break they opened up this new branch opp to IOL petrol bulk and i thought of trying it with exitment along with my family on 19th Mar 2019 around 8:45pm. Once entered i went to the first floor where couole if tables had been occupied and we took a table, waited 5mis for the waiter to take order. After placing the order, the waiter was so funny as he came to us almost after 20mins (9:10pm) and said can he take a fresh order as one of the ordered item was not available (chicken lollypop).. thats it.. i moved from there and requestwd the owner/manager there on the efficiency of their waiter, not so much surprised to hear him saying "it was little bit busy". I think they wanted to take the customer for granted. No more interest to dine in at AR Rahman...

Today i visited around 3 pm... Hardly 3 to 4 customers were eating... almost 6 to 7 servers were there...after taking my seating i did not get any response from them...ordered mutton biriyani... a guy brought and kept the bowl on my table and gone... not ready to service...after some time a guy came an put onion. there were no sweet provided. the quantity was very less...taste was not good as compared to their earlier opposite side branch...and got 4 to 5 mutton pieces but out of which 4 were only bones and there was no meat at all... the atmosphere smell was sweat smell which i had vomiting feel. moreover the menu says cost of the briyani is Rs 250 which is too high but while billing they included GST as extra then total cost Rs 263/- which is very very high (I suppose customer should see the nett price on the menu card)...this new branch is worthless and...
