Very worst service and food quality is very worst and quantity is also very less they are playing with customers money we visited on 15th September And ordered 2 mutton biryani and Chicken lollipop but we have shocked and because we had dinner in T nagar branch, Velachery branch, Chrompet branch and also in mogappair branch but very bad experience in ashok nagar branch this in not first time happening to me last time same happened and I have informed them but no use 1, The rise is very dry and it's like raw rice not like cooked rise 2,They only put 2 piece of mutton if we ask other branches follows 4 piece but your giving 2 piece and previously they mentioned how many grams and pieces but now thalapakatti menu it's self not mentioned 3,If on that day sales is very low on that branch means they will put 4 to 5 pieces but if sales is very high means they only give you 2 piece in that also they will give 1 bone and one piece , for total 2 piece they will collect nearly 400 per biriyani 4, Don't visit this store if you want to eat good satisfied biriyani better choose T nagar branch which is 3km from this branch 5,If you want to eat biryani in this ashok nagar restaurant means better order one mutton kushka and Mutton chukka ,because even you order mutton biryani they will give kushka so better order one kushka and Mutton chukka 6,This is happening in this restaurant only they will keep a paper in hand and they will try to sell what is going to spoil because even food has Life time of 5hrs and they given chicken lollipop and which is the worst lollipop I have ever ate in dindukal thalapakatti 7,So my suggestion kindly don't ask any suggestions to the order taker such as what is special here, if you ask then they will bring the food near to expiry 8,Rest room is very worst they not keeping it clean i don't know what the auditing team is doing, I don't know wheather the auditing team is in dindukal thalapakatti biriyani or else they are sleeping 9, Each rupees is hard earn money so what we are paying we should get good food and service because they same biriyani outside they are selling at 200rs but your selling at 400rs so we are paying more than food , So the service, ambience and food should good 10,And customer care service is very worst every time if we say the complaint they will listen but don't take any action, My suggestion for Dindigul thalapakatti team kindly remove the customer care team because customer care team is for customer but here they will listen and sleep they why should you keep that team
Conclusion: If your planning to dine in here think twice, because your good mood becomes worst mood once you seen the food And I write this to help other customers to be careful while going to the restaurant particularly here and even if your visit this store means your...
Read moreA legendary food outlet that let's you down in the following ways - Ashok Nagar Chennai branch was quite busy,it being a Sunday late lunch session.Least interested staff who are more than adequate in number half heartedly point you to a vacant table and thereafter ignore you.No greetings,no smiles,no serving water, offering a menu card and politely asking you to bear with the wait staff for a few moments ! A good ten minutes or more later, the order taker does you a favour by reluctantly hovering around your table and asks what we would like to order ?! I say - a glass of water and a menu card to begin with would help. One menu card for the entire group arrives.Every item from the menu is not available except the least popular ones.A bit of of prodding and the wait staff returns to say that the kitchen can accommodate one Dindigul Mutton Biriyani and no other classic dishes from the menu ! This was agreeable by our group and the food in all fairness arrived in good time.Food quality was good, portions viz a vis pricing, not so,Mocktails arrived after several reminders towards the end of the meal,Mango Pudding, and that too a pathetic one, arrives before our meals were complete and despite asking if the pudding could be served later as it may lose consistency,is left on the table, and sadly the staff were only dashing around like Blue A - - - D Flies with poor efficiency despite being in number, floors were dirty with food particles and grime with no effort towards housekeeping and screaming aloud in the restaurant as well as within the kitchen, totally takes away from a decent dining experience. Perhaps I should give them another opportunity but on a weekday and not during peak hours in order to better enjoy the Dindigul Thalappakatti dining...
Read moreWe initially planned to go to Mani’s Dum Biryani, but since it was overcrowded, we decided to try this place instead. After waiting for about 15 minutes to get a table, we placed our order. Unfortunately, the service experience was quite disappointing. It took nearly 20 minutes for the food to arrive, and what irritated me the most was the manager’s attitude – he didn’t pay attention to us when we tried to ask about the delay, nor did he accept any mistake on their part. Instead, he casually passed the blame saying the “sides” were delayed, which is why the main dish was also late. But when I requested them to at least bring the main dish first, even that took another 20 minutes! To top it off, one of the dishes we ordered went completely missing from the bill.
On the food side – the Guntur Chicken was excellent, spicy, and full of flavor, definitely a standout dish. However, the Gulab Jamun ordered by my brother was not good at all. The dining space is quite big, which is good for families, but during weekends the crowd is heavy, and the waiting time becomes frustrating. What also felt uncomfortable was that even when there were long queues, the staff never asked customers if they were open to sharing tables, which could have helped manage the rush.
Overall, apart from the Guntur Chicken, the service issues and poor management really ruined the experience. They definitely need to improve their customer handling and order management, especially on weekends when crowds...
