Hema is the person I dealt with in buying the cake, big time cheater. What was promised is completely different from what is delivered. The message is on the cake is like hidden and totally disappointed when we opened the box and she lied about saying I couldn’t click the image. Delivery she committed that she would deliver but last minute she started lying again and we had to rush last minute before the event to get the cake. And she dint even follow up about the feedback not ensured about the delivery. Least bothered about client. Greedy about money and careless about service and clients.. Patheticccc….!!!! I ordered two cakes for 29,300 and the above pictures are the 2 cakes I recieved and what they suggested they could do. We had a price we finalised and once I confirmed the flavour she increased the price by 6000 and claimed the original price was for vanilla . She later said she’ll get it done with the original price but the flavour and taste won’t be top quality and I said fine as long as the cake looks the exact same as in the picture. I asked her multiple times if it’ll look the same as in the pic and she said 100% and the above pics show you what the cake looked like vs what she claimed it would look like. This almost 30k for 2 cakes isn’t a small amount and more importantly it was my brothers wedding cake and the cake for such an important event was terrible. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE, DON'T EVER ORDER felt they weren't professional, ordered cake for my daughter birthday, color and design I mentioned was different and they came out with different color of their own , there was no happy birthday stick as well the cake was so very plain not worth it for the money paid. And coming to the delivery person they weren't punctual ONE AND HALF HOUR DELAY was so very embarrassed making the guest wait for so very long for the cake. And once you make the full payment they are least bothered to pick your call or make sure whether the cake has reached the person or not so very unprofessional.
