Food Quality: The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the food. The catering service provided by the marriage hall was excellent. The dishes were well-prepared, delicious, and served promptly. Guests were impressed with the variety and taste of the menu. It's clear that the management pays attention to quality and presentation.

Parking Facilities: The marriage hall offers ample parking space, accommodating up to 30 vehicles comfortably. This is a significant advantage, especially for events with a large guest count. The parking area is well-maintained and easily accessible.

Hall Atmosphere: The ambiance inside the hall was pleasant and suitable for events. The décor was tasteful, and the seating arrangements were comfortable for guests. The hall provided a good backdrop for the event, contributing to a positive overall experience.

Maintenance Issues: However, there were a few issues that need attention. During rainy weather, there were noticeable leaks in parts of the hall, which affected the comfort of guests. This is something that should be addressed promptly to maintain the hall's reputation.

Groom's Room Condition: Additionally, the air conditioning in the groom's room was not functioning properly. This was inconvenient, especially considering the weather conditions during the event. I want to share our family’s horrible experience with this branch of Namma Veedu Vasanta Bhavan, and warn the public from placing any order for Outdoor Catering & Service with them. This experience has brought us immense bad reputation and shame amongst our friends and relatives.

For our housewarming function, my father had placed an order for breakfast and lunch to be served by three people (however only two turned up). Though we were promised BF from 7:30-10am and lunch from 12-2pm, the BF arrived only at 8:30am after repeated calls, and lunch arrived only at 1:45pm, after repeated reminders.

Breakfast was supposed to include sweet, idli, vada, pongal, coffee; and the lunch was supposed to include sweet, chapathi, rice, mini vada, pachadi, banana etc. Unfortunately, in the breakfast, the sweet was missing, and insufficient number of idlis, vada and pongal. In the lunch, sweet, banana, pachadi etc were missing, due to which many of our guests were hungry, and we were left red-faced. The service was poor, as the guests were not happy and complained a lot.

We now regret choosing Vasanta Bhavan for our catering needs. They are unresponsive to our calls. Please think twice/thrice before choosing them for any of your functions, as they are highly unreliable on their promises in their catering...
