⭐☆☆☆☆ HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – NEVER COMING BACK!

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but my experience at Amitham Veg Treat was absolutely terrible. The waiting time was beyond ridiculous – we waited over 45 minutes just to get a simple order, and no one even bothered to give an update or apology. The staff looked completely disinterested and were just wandering around, ignoring customers.

By the time the food finally arrived, we had lost our appetite. Even worse, the place was chaotic, noisy, and disorganized. There’s no sense of proper management or customer care here. I honestly don’t know how this place is still running.

If you value your time and patience, avoid this restaurant at all costs. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Not worth a single star – but leaving 1 star because Google...

The food was very tasty, we had breakfast couple of times as well as dinner. The price is as expected in such a class hotel, so not sure why some people have complained about it. One day I had lunch in a different hotel nearby and that hotel was not at all clean but the price was same as this hotel. So I guess every hotel there are taking advantage of pilgrims visiting the temple. The only drawback was that it takes some time for them to come and attend your table and serve. Two incidents i faced, I ordered masala dosa, they stuffed poori masala in plain dosa and gave it to me.
