Was staying Hotel Velan Temple view, they told to take food at Hotel Aryas. Food - Lunch: Its 110rs/- meal. Their service is soo poor that you ask a little sambar or something, they say they have strict instructions from Manager not to serve anything more. Had this same with 2 people serving, once a poriyal and sambar.
The lady who collects Money for food is so focussed on the money that comes but not at all bothered to look at if people are been given food properly. Bcas i am seeing similar experiences in few other tables were people did not know how to respond.
Just visited once and that experience decided never to go to this hotel again. Evening and next day went to New Tirupur Hotel which is an old hotel where they feed customers with care and love as usual.
Service people are sooo not told how to serve, clean the table etc that they are scared by the manager or the money conter person, they dont look like people who serve food, sorry to say but they have taken them from some work and not even told how...
Read moreI had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant, and I feel compelled to share it so others don’t go through the same. The management’s behavior was unprofessional and outright unacceptable. They insisted on collecting the full payment for lunch before serving anything, which already felt odd and unfriendly.
But what shocked me most was that after taking the money, they never actually served the dishes as promised. When questioned, the staff showed no courtesy or willingness to resolve the issue. Instead, they were dismissive and made no effort to either serve the food or refund the payment.
This is not just poor service—it’s unethical practice. A restaurant should be built on trust, hospitality, and respect for customers, but here it felt like none of those values mattered.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you value your time, money, and dignity, avoid this...
Read moreWould definitely recommend this restaurant if you visit Palani Murugan Temple, the place provided authentic Tamil Nadu dishes. The atmosphere is really nice & pleasant, the hygiene is up to the mark, the service is also really nice. We went there for Dinner and the food was delicious and the service attentive. The crispy rava dosa was the highlight of our food along with three chuteny's and sambar. A crowded place and it’s almost full at every hour of the day, but it’s definitely worth the wait. Very rarely we get to see such nice restaurants in a very heavily crowded pilgrimage. Ample parking space available with accessibility parking infront of...
