ATTE Glocal Cafe — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

This place is fun if you're someone who likes high bar stools, chic interior, amazing food ( Mostly fattening), and two amazing people ( Madras & Whisky) @ the cafe to welcome you.

We chose this place for our Puppy's 4th birthday and didn't regret it a bit.

Place - Chic Interior, Parking isn't a problem as this is adjacent to Besant Nagar beach. People here are warm, crowded mostly. I suggest, that you should call and book tables if you're a bigger group.

Food -

Mojito & Cold Boost - are just refreshing and with extra ice you could slurp on them for long.

Kudigara Chicken Burgers - It's yum and beware, fattening and addictive too.

Parmigana Burger - Yum as the other one but with a fried chicken crumb! My favourite of all.

Chilly Chicken Wrap - Filling and packed with generous serving of lettuces and chicken chunks.

Beef Maggie - @Vidya, said that it was yummie. Best of all, I can't vouch for it as I don't eat beef ( For the Sanghis on my list)

Oreo Sundae - Filling and this one's my fav flavour in the recent times. 2.5 scoops of Ice-cream topped with whipped cream and Oreo shredded.

All of em were top notch! No complaints whatsoever, happens rarely for me.

Service - There's only one person at the counter and the whole cafe is packed. Thus there's delay in service, I coudl overlook it because Rum loved being there and the food is excellent.

coming to the ambiance:

They were so innovative with their decors, from wall painting to wall hanging, I seriously laughed out by seeing silk sumitha pic and Mia kalifa pic in rest room.

more than food you can just enjoy your time with your friends in this place, you can play with their pets. with their pets ? yesss Say hi to ” Whisky & Madras ” they have husky and bulldog just to make you feel astonished, they were so friendly. they even have carom board and stuffs, so trust me guys this place will never make you bored.

coming to service and food:

Their food menu is one heck of entertainment, all their menu items names will be in Thara local Tamil, seeing the menu you will be in mersal state, nanari jucie as nanari payale, fish fry as Kadhal la yea illa 😋🤣🤣 chocolate and vanilla shake as eppadiku karupu chocolate and appadiku Vellai chocolate.

Their food names were more innovative than their ambiance. coming to the food taste I personally felt everything was pretty decent for the price we are paying. Really worth...

Atte - Simple, yet beautiful place!

Looks like they have renovated an old house to a beautiful cafe. Good interiors, decors and especially thier washroom is very famous among people. Heard few visit just to see that. Lol 😂

Now, coming to the food. Yesterday was my first visit to Atte with my cousin. I was impressed with the way with thier decors and graffiti on walls but definitely not with thier food. we were so full when we visited and so, restricted ourselves with just one item on the menu and that's "Urulai Varuval".

First, it took 37 minutes for them to serve our order. Way disappointed with it.

Second, the Varuval was so dry, less salt, no spice at all and, it was way deep fried than it has to be. Amateur cooking I felt and few baby potatoes tasted bitter which they should have picked it appropriate before frying it. If they had baked the potato for a minute and then fried it later would have made much difference to the taste. Wish they consider it in future.

Otherwise, a nice place to hangout with your gang, enjoy Thier differently named menu.

P.s, It is a newly started place and I'm very much sure they'd get better and better on a long...
