I had a wonderful experience shopping at Fab India, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Mr. Patrick. I had previously selected curtains and was waiting for the store to source 25 pieces while also trying to negotiate a discount. However, I lost touch with the original salesman handling my request.

On my return visit, Mr. Patrick immediately recognized me, approached me, and informed me that my stock was ready for pickup. To my surprise, he also let me know that the same curtains were currently on sale, ensuring I got the best deal possible. His attentiveness, initiative, and customer-first approach truly stood out.

A couple of weeks later, I realized that one piece was of a shorter length despite the tag stating otherwise. When I went back to the store for an exchange, Patrick once again stepped in and assured me that he would take care of it. True to his word, he called me within two days, letting me know that the replacement was ready for pickup.

It is rare to find such a dedicated and customer-focused employee, especially in this day and age. His professionalism and commitment to excellent service truly deserve recognition. Fab India is fortunate to have him...

The shop is very spacious & caters to everyone's needs. First floor Men's wear, second floor women's wear & third floor furniture etc. Parking is also there & it is in a central place in Besanth Nagar. At about 3 pm during my visit on a week day, only one salesman was there in the Men's wear section. It is insufficient to attend to customers. The man is confused & he also left immediately & another man came who was more confused & not able to show the items. In the women's section also there were two women & both were unable to show the items sought for. Each one was simply staring at the other. Well. Sound location. Hum. can't question the display. Indeed wonderful display of the abundant variety of stuff available. Available for sort of every one, Men, Women and the Kids. You do get mawkish looking at the splendour our Indian ethnicity could offer. Feel proud to be an Indian. Well just went for a peep with only a possible pick up of a kurta. But was happily tickled to find my wife make a good generous collection for me. Then I realised that men's was in the 1st floor and the Ladies was in the 2nd floor.
