Biriyani Mubaarak Alandur — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I ordered a Chicken 2 piece briyani of 275rs. through Swiggy . After discount the bill amount was 239rs . The package was clean and the briyani bowl seemed to be big enough came along with brinjal, raitha, and bread halwa...

Bread Halwa : little to no taste with less sweet

Brinjal : only Gravy was dere initially I thought it was some chicken gravy but after tasting it was plain brinjal gravy with heavy oil (not visible) taste .

Raitha : My raitha seemed to be in Yellowish color while I sided onions there are briyani rice all around. I fkng received an used raitha from the leftovers.

Briyani : It had two pieces, 1 was very hard like threads of chicken and the other one was sluggish and when I tasted , it was a rotten chicken and I ended up very much uncomfortable in tasting the rice itself.. After sometime while I tried the plain rice it was same briyani had foul smell while eating... I threw it away... It was definitely not that day briyani, there are no chances of briyani to get spoilt that sooner....

After 4-5 years I am giving a detailed review in google for a restaurant as I am in that much anger.....

I tried several restaurants through dine-in and delivery apps and many a times I received bad, uncooked, stale food but there was some level up with that as in other orders or the other items but this restaurant entirely made my day bad with every single item to be at their best of bad. I watched many videos on YouTube from influencers and ordered here with high expectations and was completely wrong.

PS: This might be of today order only and tomorrow they might taste wonders but that doesn't reject the fact that they served rotten briyani, rotten chicken, rotten brinjal and already half ate raitha

××××× when u go through the reviews u might see people are forced to put reviews in the restaurant itself as to increase their rating also while going through the negative reviews u might see most of them complaining about stale and rotten, old meat, so these guys intentionally serve rotten foods.... The name was Biryani Mubarak and these guys serving old, rotten food to fellow customers, not even your own God will forgive you as so mentioned in Quran itself for doing haram...

I am changing this rating back to 2 stars because of my experience today on a take away order. Worst customer service at delivery counter. If am willing to pay for an extra pack of raitha and brinjal gravy then what is the problem for you to provide me one... It's usually a normal Thing in all restaurants then what is the problem you have in doing it so . Then the other issue is you pack the boxes in a brown paper bag . I was on a bike and I ask for a carry bag as I had 4 packs to carry and i forgot to carry a bag by myself it was fault on my end too but I asked for a bag as i couldn't carry the packs but the person at the delivery counter just denied a carry bag and said we don't provide one. That's not the way to answer a customer. You should be helpful.. if you have a customer service like this then even if you food is great it's of no use. Be customer friendly it will bring your...

On 6/10/2024 we went to biriyani mubaarak ( Alandur branch) I took buffet. The chicken 65 is full of colour the other chicken starters didn't taste good it feels like old meat. The meat is so hard . The briyani kept in the buffet is also not upto the mark. They charged 399+ taxes it is total waste. My mom ordered romali roti+ paneer masala . I think they had a seperate base masala and just add paneer according to the orders. The romali roti was so cold we expected it to be hot we asked them to replace it with but the service was not good. We finally cancelled that order .
