The Rangis Alandur is a small Chinese traditional restaurant located near centre (less than 2 km away from Chennai International Airport). The restaurant accommodates inside dinning space where customers can enjoy a leisurely meal in the restaurant. My first impressions walking into the restaurant were positive as it looks clean and had an extensive range of Chinese food that you wouldn’t normally expect from small restaurant. I waited in the long queue which is normally a good sign as the restaurant seemed a popular with the locals and tourists. They offer a diverse menu with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. I visited the establishment around 11 pm, and it was still lively. I sampled the pork fried rice and beef fried rice, and both were incredibly flavorful. For a side dish, I enjoyed the chili cottage cheese, which was equally delightful.
