This was the WORST hotel stay I ever had. I would strongly encourage not to book this hotel if you are planning for a peaceful stay for the following reasons if you don't speak Tamil flawlessly- then buckle up for a chaotic interaction with the least interested receptionist. They don't want Hindi, they don't want English, no offence, but as an establishment close to airport, they should be expecting clients with mixed language proficiency.
Despite being a large establishment near a capital city airport- please pack everything including an iron box if you wish to wear ironed clothes. I requested for an iron box and despite taking hours and hours they apparently could not find out where it was and finally said- a customer would have taken it home.
I was given the filthiest and non appealing room for 2100/night. The bathroom had used female tampons (I have pictures taken, but it's inappropriate to share publicly) left on the towel shelf!!. no toiletries kept in washroom. When notified- sounded least interested and had to wait for another one hour for apparently a deep cleaning of the toilet- after my arrival and the room was allotted to me.
Bring your own wifi. The hotel wifi was non existent in the room- you may have to stay in corridor if you wanna stay connected. Mobile net work was sparse. When notified the receptionist had the audacity to say- it's because of the airport that the wifi is not working!!!!
The bedding was fine with a quilt and no thin blankets. The AC temperature never go below 29 degrees and they turn the AC off (its centralised AC) after 30 minutes- my qn is why in the world you offer me a quilt if the room temperature is gonna stay at 30 degrees with plenty of mosquitos.
In summary if you wanna pay a lot of money on a room that is the filthiest and unconnected to the rest of the world- then choose this- otherwise please stay away from them- the worst and least helpful-...
Read moreThis hotel was a complete disappointment from the moment we checked in. The rooms were unclean, with dust and stains clearly visible. The AC was barely working, making the stay extremely uncomfortable, especially during the night.
To make things worse, there was no water supply in the bathrooms in the morning. We had to wait until 10 AM for basic water access, which is simply unacceptable for any hotel. Because of this delay, we got late for an important client meeting scheduled in Chennai. This kind of negligence is totally unprofessional and caused serious inconvenience.
On top of all this, the reception staff were rude and careless, offering no apology or urgency in addressing our concerns. For the amount charged, the service and facilities were far below even basic standards.
Absolutely not recommended. Stay away from this hotel unless you want your plans and peace of...

This hotel is located in a prime spot in Alandur, right opposite the Saravana Bhavan restaurant, which is definitely convenient. At first glance—from the entrance to the reception—it gives off a decent 2-star hotel vibe. However, once you step into the rooms, it becomes clear that the property is quite old and not well-maintained.
Basic amenities like soap, toothbrush, and shampoo were not provided, and the in-room phone wasn’t working, so I couldn’t even contact the reception. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant experience for me.
