Subject: Feedback Regarding Today's Experience at Kumalan Kuttai Branch

Dear Mr. Nahim Khan,

I hope this message finds you well. I have been a long-time fan of Biryanipalayam, especially for the food and service at your first branch. I have frequently recommended your restaurant to friends and family, and we’ve always had positive experiences in the past.

However, today, I visited the Kumalan Kuttai branch to try the "My Food My Price" buffet lunch, and I must say I was deeply disappointed. The rice was cold, the chicken lacked flavor and was overwhelmingly covered in masala, and the overall quality fell short of the standards that I have come to expect from Biryanipalayam.

What added to my dissatisfaction was the bill, which seemed quite high for the small portions I had—3 small pieces of chicken, 2 half chapatis, 1 spoon of biriyani rice, and a bit of sweet. For what I consumed, the price felt unjustified, and I believe this may be unaffordable for customers from lower-middle-class backgrounds.

I am sharing this feedback with the hope that you will look into these issues and take the necessary steps to improve the dining experience at this branch. Please find the attached bill for your reference.

Today we started our trip from Chennai to Ooty with my wife and kids for a short vacation.On the way we stopped in Biryanipalayam(erode)were we had both mutton biriyani and chicken biriyani along with my kids. The taste was awesome and the after taste experience is also very good. The mutton and chicken were cooked to perfection and the flavour was fully infused in the biriyani, the rice was very flavourful. Even the dalcha and kesari were top notch We got an opportunity to visit their centralized kitchen and we were plesantly suprised by their traditional biriyani making process with a 100% hygenic and batch processing which they explained each and every process to us. They have inhouse live mutton and chicken slaughter house which gives them a edge in the quality and freshness of the meat which we felt while having the meat. Overall it is a must visit place for authentic biriyani experience if you are in erode or passing...

Chicken briyani tastes yummy and less spicy so that even kids had it well.

Mutton biriyani was flavourful with big mutton pieces. Had this kind of aromatic briyani after years.

They concentrated very well on Vegetarian dishes too. Gobi Manchurian and Veg fried rice tastes equally good.

As per our request , they have made Payasam with Gulkand and nuts which was really top notch.
