Pizza Hut | Brough Road, Erode — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

My parents had never tried pizza before, so I thought of ordering one for them. I decided to order a large pizza since it was their first time. However, when the pizza arrived, I was surprised. They didn’t prepare a proper large-size pizza but instead used a small, chapati-sized layer with just a bit of cheese and chicken on it, which probably weighed less than 50 grams. When I opened the box, it looked empty, almost like a chapati. I asked the staff about it, and they mentioned something about it being 'slim and crisp,' though I don’t remember hearing that when I placed the order.

While I waited in line for over 10 minutes, another customer joined the line beside us. He seemed to be taking his time, discussing his order. When he was finally done, I rushed to place my order, but person took order gave me an unpleasant look. Regardless, I continued to place my order, and nothing was mentioned about the pizza being thin or crispy. When I expressed my disappointment about the pizza, they said, 'We already informed you it’s slim and crispy,' which was news to me. I had no idea this type of pizza even existed. Instead of a simple response, they could have explained it better. I felt like I wasted 814 rupees on a terrible experience.

They only seem to respect customers who speak fluent English and appear well-dressed.

I would suggest to visit or make an order from this pizza hut if you want to spoil your mood of eating or if you are a girl with periods cramps and severe food starving.I have been to Erode pizzahut twice. No proper customer service not on time delivery. Today I have booked for a pizza around 9.45pm via swiggy. The order has been accepted and it has been 45 mins it's still on preparing stage and the delivery partner went to the location and was waiting for 20mins. when calling to the pizzahut number provided on the application no response stating there RM is at Coimbatore and won't pick up the order. I immediately called the delivery partner and told to hand over the phone. The conversation was about 4minutes and the pizza hut representative casually mentioned we delivered your pizza to the other order and we are preparing against. The first time ever I got this much annoyed because this is not the first time I am facing this problem. Not even a friendly gesture from the people there, they will be making us to wait for even hours and hours as if we are getting free food until we remind them every ten minutes. poor taste poor cooking.... waste of money and time...

I have ordered the Ultimate Tandoori Pizza, which was just average in taste and quality.

However, my main concern is with the Pepsi I received. It was mostly soda water and ice, with only a few drops of actual Pepsi. When I raised the issue, I was told this is the usual practice—which is incredibly disappointing. It was honestly the worst drink I’ve ever been served.

I attempted to escalate the matter, but unfortunately, there was no one available to listen to my complaint. The person who served it mentioned that he was new and had been instructed to follow this process.

Additionally, I had to ask for the bill, and even then, I had to wait for about 10 minutes before it was provided. This added to the frustration and reflected a lack of basic service efficiency.

This was a very poor experience overall, and I hope Pizza Hut takes such feedback seriously to improve both product quality and...
