Blu Boulangerie & Co — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I recently brought an overseas visitor touring Chennai to dine-at the Café. Excellent service, brilliant presentation of the dishes and the all the dishes itself were world class. They served brilliant espresso, Americano and chocolate mocha with some delicious cookies. The sandwiches were out of the world, and the guest truly appreciated the Intl flavors at this restaurant in chennai.

Surprised at the standard of service for a Radisson. Service at a snail pace. Food was insipid. Staff did not understand what was being said. There were 4 people at the table and they serve two plates and napkins. Asked for extra napkins and it comes half way into the meal. To top it, they charged for items that weren’t ordered. The staff then tried to coax us into accepting it as to-go. Extremely poor customer experience.
