This shop looks like a Pan shop outside a hotel. So small shed and u have to eat standing. There is not even a table to place the plate and eat. Worst part..I bought 7 brownies and the person packed it in a small cardboard box, the cost of which will not exceed 2 rupees. He charged 15 rupees and I asked him why? He cited grocery store where they charge fora bag!! Corporate greediness to the core. Is this customer service?!!! U cheat customers ad one day u will end up loosing business. U charge 150 bucks on a brownie and then give a dumb pper box and charge 15 for that?I would never go to this place again. Btw the brownie is good. I had it in Tambaram and the store and service was very good. I think ECR is a franchise outlet
