BUHARI Restaurant / Take Away / Party Hall — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I had to have lunch at this hotel without any expectation and plan. Took my wife and kid.

Manager: The manager was not quick enough to arrange a table for the customers. They make customers to sit in the waiting area even though there are some seats are available. Briyani is cooked dish for which nobody waits for more that 5 mins but it actually took some time to be on the table. The next item should have been ordered at the beginning itself because that too take lot of time for preparation and serving. This could have been speed up by the manager.

Ambiance: Nothing much to tell because it is very compact. Air conditioning is very poor. Crowd at the entrance and waiting area made me to think that I stepped in to a good spot for lunch but really ended in dissatisfaction.

Food - Chicken Dum Biryani. I have had briyani at many hotels and restaurants but this one let me totally disappointed. Quantity and taste is below average when compared to an unrecognised hotel's briyani. No aroma, taste and the masala used

Chicken Kothu parotta: In the bowl I saw the main ingredients like egg, chicken and offcourse parotta 😋 but on they whole they didn't do their responsibility. It's completely dry so you have take lot of water or any liquid stuff while eating this because they don't serve any plain salna/sherva with it.

Finally cleared the bill with heavy heart and stepped out feeling worthless for the money spent. After having food we don't have really anything good to speak about it.

On the whole, there needs to be lot improvement in customer service and the quality of food.

PLEASE READ THIS .THIS IS MY REAL EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! Yesterday night my mom suddenly asked that she has cravings on mutton biryani she never asked like that and we are middle class family so buying mutton biryani is a very very rare and i bought 3 mutton biryani and a half grill chicken which costs 1305 rupees .. we've never paid so much.......we bought it bcoz my mom got a loan for my studies and so we bought in that loan amount . So i ordered and they did only takeaway so we came home , and in my life i never saw my mother eagerly opened food first (before us) she ate that, and then my mom was disgusted bcoz that biriyani was so Salty as hell my mom was so so so worried bcoz of that cost and the taste was horrible very salty and the mutton pieces were so hard that we can play cricket in that piece ...but the grilled chicken was decent taste but they gave mint mayonnaise which was again Salty thank god my father didn't ate bcoz he have diabetes So atlast we finished ate and it doesn't get over the worst part is that after finishing we cant sleep because of over salt our stomach were so upset and we were so thirsty we drank so much water and can't sleep . I slept like around 2 o clock in midnight This is my experience don't buy in this branch . Fact:- At the first day of opening this branch they got a big issue like fight with customer bcoz the food...

I shouldn't give even 1 star to this hotel. Worsest behaviour by the staff. They made me to wait near 40 mins for a table. As we went 3 members for dining, the staff asked us wait there in a chair, he noted our name in a book to reserve. As we are waiting for the table, the he was allocating tables for a 3 group of people entering seperately, when i asked him he told me to wait few more mins, when i raised question about allocating he told me that they came in a group of 5 members , since we came only 3 members he cannot allocate that table, when the small table gets free he will let me take till then i've to wait. All the staffs in that hotel was watching our conversations, but they didn't apologize for his behaviour, the way he talk to us as if we have come for free, he also told me that people has also waited there even 1 or 2 hrs to dine in that buhari hotel. Since, my friend wants to eat there, i wait for few more mins and we got the table. It is not even worth waiting there.

After dining in that hotel, im telling you all that the quality of the food is very low but the price is too high. I'm just...
