MCRENNETT purasaiwakkam — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

We order white forest cake yesterday on 10/06/2025 night for a birthday on 11/06/2025 at time of cutting we saw some soggy substance coming out 🤢 , when we opened and check that a bit of cloth that too it's in decomposing state . We went to return it back they are simply saying it's jam not cloth later I showed them the threads in it for that they are saying we do start fresh baked by early morning 3 O clock , the Bakers will be in half sleep may be by mistake it came .what kind of answer this is . We are promising our health just by the Brand name MCRennett, i really wonder how they are doing without any hygiene . When we asked for refund they are saying tomorrow morning only head office people will see this after that only they will say whether refund are not? For food I won't give...

Very worst customer handling. I buyed Danish bread on 11/12/2022 unfortunately bread is expiry date is erased mild when I buy. I told about that it's taste is very smelly and expiry is 12/12/2022. They treat me like a begger and through the bread in front of me and told to another staff very angry to return the money.... I'm not telling about mecrennet. I regularly buy in saidapet and nandanam they are very good customer handling.... Pls change staffs in purasaiwalkam.... They are spoilling name of mecrennet.two lady staffs...

Took my mom on the laziest of Sunday mornings, to buy some fresh pastries and their trademark pista-nuts cake, for my nephew's birthday.

Never in my wildest dreams did I expect a crowd of 40 people, to throng into that tiny outlet, out of nowhere.

Took me a while to realise that, they were the youth group, from a very big church near by.

The funny part is, while placing the order, neither the shop assistant nor could I hardly hear a thing, even though we were only a few feet apart and were screaming from the top...
